The hotel has a great location near Disney World with a large pool area and friendly staff. The rooms are outdated and can be noisy, but the hotel offers good value for money.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel as it offered modern and clean rooms with nice indoor shops and a spacious exercise room. The location, although furthest from the lobby, provided a peaceful setting for relaxation. However, the housekeeping could have been more thorough during my three-day stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms offered some of the best views in the hotel with a lovely ambiance, but they had a persistent wet smell that took the staff two days to address. The service was a mix of excellence and rudeness from the manager, Gary. The location was the highlight, being close to food areas and shopping, even though there were some hidden fees not disclosed upfront. The dining experience was full and rich, though some facilities like the elevators were not in perfect condition.
The hotel's location is pretty good and the rooms are comfy, but they are a bit old-fashioned and cramped. The elevator had issues during our stay, causing a delay in check-in, which was inconvenient after a long drive. The staff's attitude was not very friendly, and we encountered cleanliness issues in the room, including visible stains and pet hair. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
The hotel was beautiful and clean, but there were some issues with noise and the fridge in my room. The convenience of charging incidentals on a personal card was handy even though it had gaps in the sliding glass door. The proximity to shopping, Disney Springs, and Disney World was great, and the location overall worked well for kids. On the downside, there could have been better options for non-beef/pork eaters in the dining selection.
The hotel was perfect for us with a great location perfect for going to Walt Disney World. The rooms, however, had gaps in the rear of the sliding glass door which made it noisy, and they were not perfectly clean either, causing some inconvenience.
The hotel needs some improvements in the rooms and dining, but the service and location are great. The pool area is well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming and considerate.

While the room size was impressive and the cleanliness top-notch, there was a slight musty smell. The service was overall friendly and helpful, though room cleaning was late one day. The location was close to Disney programs but not Universal Studios, and some areas seemed a little dirty. The dining experience was mixed, with phenomenal breakfast but high prices. The hotel facilities were generally great, despite some minor issues.
The hotel is conveniently located with various eating places and shops within walking distance, and Disney Springs just a 10-minute drive away. The rooms, unfortunately, were very outdated and small, lacking modern conveniences like a refrigerator. Despite the convenient location, the noise from the AC compressor inside the room at night was a significant downside.
